Frequently Asked Questions - Gift Delivery

What happens if there's nobody home when you try to deliver the gift?
Our couriers will require a signature for all parcels, so please ensure someone will be available to receive your order. Should there be nobody home when we arrive with your gift, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour, or post a card through the letterbox to inform them that a delivery has been attempted.

What if you can't deliver the gift?
On the rare occasion that a Ripe Gifts parcel is returned to Head Office, we reserve the right to charge a courier return fee if, for example, the incorrect delivery information was supplied for the gift.

Can you guarantee next day delivery over Christmas?
Due to the volume of orders we deal with during the Christmas, we are not always able to guarantee next day delivery. We will do our best to advise you should we forsee any delay when you place your order.
