Ordering a gift pack or hamper from Ripe Gifts couldn't be easier - you can choose between secure online ordering on our website, or ordering by phone.

Delivery Policies
AFFECTS OF COVID-19
Deliveries are still on-going across the UK. However lead times may be slightly longer than usual and some orders may experience delays, so please bear with us.
All orders received before 13:30hrs (1:30pm) are packed on the day of receipt and handed to our chosen carrier partner at 16:30hrs (4:30pm) Monday to Friday.
Contactless Delivery
Contactless Delivery started on 16 Mar 2020 across the UK. All parcels shall be delivered by leaving the parcels at a distance of 2 metres from the consignee, without making any direct contact. The consignee's signature on the courier’s scanner shall be replaced by a photo of the premises.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Our Standard UK delivery charge is based upon a 2 to 3 day delivery service.
At checkout customers can however opt for a Priority service at an extra cost.
This is a next working day delivery to mainland UK addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands and is offered on all gift hampers and baskets ordered before 1.30pm.
Orders placed after 1:30pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday) and will therefore be delivered on Tuesday*.
In addition to Standard and Priority delivery options Saturday delivery is also offered for a supplementary charge. Simply select Saturday Delivery from the delivery options list at the secure checkout.
Deliveries to Europe, UK Offshore & Remote Areas
Delivery to remote and offshore areas of the UK as well as most European countries is available at costs applicable to the destination country.
Enter your chosen destination at checkout to obtain appropriate cost and delivery times estimate from customer services before order is processed.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following:
• Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey)
• PO Box addresses
• BFPO addresses
Delivery Times
Our service deliver gifts at any time during the day (between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday) but unfortunately are not able to call ahead to advise a delivery time. However if we receive the consignee email address we are able to forward the anticipated delivery time where this is available with options for the recipient to make changes if the timing is unsuitable.
Deliveries to Scotland (remote areas), Ireland (North & Republic) and all UK Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 days.
Important Note: Holiday Exclusions
Due to increased delivery volumes over holiday periods, we are unable to guarantee next day delivery over the December holiday period. To ensure delivery by Christmas, please order by 1:30pm on December 16th. Please note that delivery to particularly remote areas may take at least an additional day.
All deliveries require a signature, so where possible please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel.
If the recipient is not home the driver will leave a calling card and either:
• Leave the parcel with a neighbour.
• Attempt redelivery the next working day.
• Leave in a safe place where specified
Please note that the carrier undertakes to deliver to the Address specified on the consignment, not to a Recipient.
Please ensure all address details (including house number and post code) are entered correctly.
Any delivery problems and re-directions arising from incorrect address information will have to be charged for.
If the parcel is taken to a pickup shop / depot and is not collected by the addressee, then after 10 days it will be returned to us by the carrier who will charge a 'return to sender' fee, the same as the original delivery charge.
Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur re-delivery charges to resend the Goods. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the order at this point, we shall refund the full value of the Goods only, minus any delivery charges incurred to date. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing (perishable items).
DELIVERIES TO BUSINESSES, HOSPITALS, HOTELS & UNIVERSITIES
Before placing your order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carrier can only be responsible for delivering up to a goods-in or reception point, and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for parcels themselves. Once signed for, it will be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that the gift is passed on to the recipient.
