What if the contents of my hamper are damaged?

Our hamper company take great care when packing your hamper or gift basket. All items are packed securely, using earth friendly products and securely fastened ready for courier to pick and and safely deliver your gift basket.

All hampers are photographed prior to being sealed in our packing area and then by the courier before delivery.

In the rare event the hamper was damaged in transit, we will contact the courier to launch an investigation into how your hamper could have been damaged.

What if certain products aren't in stock?

Our buying team place orders at regularly, however, at busy times of the year, we may either have trouble sourcing some products or have sold out because of increased demand. If we do, then our packing team will replace that item with a suitable replacement at the same or higher price. If the item is a higher price, our company will cover the cost.
