Purim Hampers and Gift Baskets
Also Perfect for celebrating Purim
About Our Purim Hampers & Gift Baskets
To celebrate Purim, it is traditional for us to send items of food to at least one person – Misloach Manot. It being preferable to send ready-to-eat foods or drinks and the food should be of a respectable quantity according to the standards of the sender and recipient.
The reason for this is to ensure that everyone has sufficient food for the Purim feast.
More to the point, it’s also a small demonstration of the love and friendship between fellow Jews, irrespective of any religious or social differences.
For this reason, it is particularly good to give gifts to someone new in the community who needs a new friend. Traditionally it is preferable to send the gift via a third person, since the verse (Esther 9:22) describes the mitzvah as “sending” food packages to one another.
Our aim is to assist everyone in fulfilling this tradition by offering a range of “Purim Baskets” that reflect both the spirit and the joy of the occasion.
Please place your orders no later than Tuesday March 15th to ensure delivery arrives in time.
Each of our Purim hampers are packed with care and delivered to your chosen address. Flexible options are given should you require a specific day for delivery.
