We have substituted the beer with a 75cl bottle of the delicious Great Uncle Cornelius' famous spiced ginger, non-alcoholic aperitif from the James White Fruit Farm in Suffolk. Its’ distinctive taste provides a real treat and to go with it, the square shaped reed presentation tray from The Walnut Tree, filled with the delicious assortment of raw nuts and then to make this version of our Happy Hamper complete, chocolate!
Again not just any old chocolate! The two gold, foil-covered bars of delicious luxury chocolate by Albert, Belgium’s renowned premier specialist chocolate maker are still there but this time accompanied by a classic dark chocolate bar by award winning Chocolatier, Friederike and Ali Gower. Made from the beautiful Trinitario cacao bean that’s grown on a single estate in the Huila region of Colombia this bar is satisfyingly chocolaty with fruity notes of dark cherry and blackcurrants.
